Stockist Application Form

Here's what we'd like to you know, before you make an inquiry to become a stockist:

• Step 1: familiarise yourself with the brand and connect with us
  • What makes GanodermaGOLD different from other Reishi products? Read the info on our MG-LZ8 Reishi page.
  • Newsletter - we are not permitted to manually add subscribers to a Newsletter database due to the POPI Act (Protection of Personal Information). In order to register as a Stockist and receive our communication, you will be required to sign up personally. Please sign up here (compulsory).
  • Social media and online presence - please visit, like, follow and/or subscribe to any of the following social networks, to be be kept updated on what we are sharing with our networks:

•  Step 2: complete the Stockist Application Form below
  • ​On receipt of the below application, we will give you a call to discuss your application and suitability as a Stockist.
  • We will send you the pricing. To activate as a Stockist you will be required to purchase a minimum Opening Order of R2,000 incl. VAT, to enable you to display the products in the range in your Health/Retail/Online Shop. We do not offer payment terms initially, all orders are paid for on placing the order. This is open to review after 6 months of trading with us.
  • Future purchases require no minimum order value. Courier will be charged to deliver your order to your location. You can opt to collect or send your own courier too (R50 charge applies for packaging when sending your own courier).
  • If your application is successful AND you have activated by signing up for the Newsletter and making an opening order purchase, you will receive access to the Training and Marketing materials.
  • We will create a listing on our "Find a Stockist" page so that people visiting our website can find and contact you. For the listing we will need a high resolution logo and photo of your shop (see the form below).
