Step 1: familiarise yourself with the brand and connect with us
- What makes GanodermaGOLD different from other Reishi products. Read the info on the Reishi page.
- Newsletter - we are not permitted to manually add subscribers to a Newsletter database due to the POPI Act (Protection of Personal Information). In order to receive our Newsletter, you will need to sign up personally. Please sign up here (compulsory for Stockists).
- Facebook - like and follow Mushroom Guru
- Instagram - follow Mushroom Guru
- Telegram - if you do not have this app you will be required to download it (Download for Android here or download for Apple here). Our stockist communication, training and marketing materials are available solely through a private group on Telegram. Should you not have Telegram or not be willing to download it, regrettably you will not be able to become a stockist.
Step 2: complete the Application Form below
- On receipt of the Application Form we will activate your account.
- We will message you via Telegram, add and welcome you to the "Stockist Group". Here you will have access to the Training and Marketing materials.
- We will create a listing on our "Find a Stockist" page for people visiting our website to find and contact you. For the listing we will need a high resolution logo and photo of your shop (see the form below).
Step 3: place an order
- To activate as a Health Shop you will be required to purchase a minimum Opening Order of R2,000 incl. VAT, to enable you to display one or more of the products in your Health Shop. We do not offer payment terms initially, all orders are paid for on placing the order. This is open to review after 6 months of trading with us.
- Future purchases require no minimum order value. Courier will be charged to deliver your order to your shop. You can opt to collect or send your own courier too (R50 charge applies for packaging).

All orders are to be paid for prior to dispatch and orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the POP or funds clearing in our bank account.
Delivery will be via courier to door and shipping is payable. You are welcome to collect an order once the order is ready. You will be notified once the order is ready for collection.
You will be required to download Telegram for the purpose of ease of communication, product training and marketing materials. This is not negotiable.

RETURN POLICY
If goods are damaged in transit, you need to inform us via email ([email protected]) within 24 hours of receipt of the goods and include a photograph of the damage. For any defect in goods, you also need to inform us within 24 hours of noticing the defect, in order to limit further damages.
In the case of damaged or defective goods, where we may require customers to return the goods for quality control purposes, we will do so at our cost. You will therefore need to retain the goods until we advise you to return or discard.
If you receive and order, but want to cancel the order and return the goods in their original condition, you may do so within 1 month of receiving the goods, at a charge you - 10% handling charge plus transport charges, you will need to package, book the courier and pay for the transport yourself.
